We have the flexibility and ease-of-use of hand held data loggers. Loggers that can and should be used during normal production routines. There is not a more convincing way of carrying out temperature mapping than during routine production. These loggers are so compact that they can be used in the area to be mapped, along side the normal product load. This product load represents the thermal load that is expected of the system, and records how the system is performing in actual use.

Relative humidity, temperature and dew point (the temperature at which water vapor present in the air begins to condense) data can then be graphed, printed and exported to other applications. The data logger is supplied complete with a long-life lithium battery, which can typically allow logging for a year. Status indication is via flashing red and green LEDs. The logger is protected against ingress from water and dust to IP67 standard when the plastic cap and seal are fitted.

Data logger configuration software is supplied, allowing the user to easily set-up the data logger. Selectable parameters include logging rate, measurement units, high & low alarms and start-time. The logged data stored in EL-USB-1 is downloaded via the configuration software. Once downloaded data can be graphed, printed or exported to other applications. The data logger configuration software is compatible with Windows 98/2000/XP.
